Creator Dividend helps brands work with creators: creators upload short videos, brands review them, run them as ads and pay creators commission on the sales they drive. Creator Dividend is run by Doctor's Habit Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("we"). This page explains what we keep about you, why, who else sees it and how to have it deleted.

What we keep

• Your account: name, email, a hashed password (never the password itself), and if you use "Continue with Google", your Google account's name, email and profile picture. We don't get your Google password or access to your Gmail, contacts or files through sign-in.
• Creators: mobile number, Instagram and TikTok handles, country, a shipping address if you ask for product samples, and your agreement that brands issue payout statements for you. If you add them: city, niches, gender, birth year and a one-line bio.
• Payout details (bank account, PayNow or PayPal details) are stored encrypted. Brand teams see a masked version (like "DBS ••••1234") and the full details only when paying you.
• Videos and messages: the videos you upload, captions, review comments, and chat messages between a creator and a brand.
• Results: ad statistics from Meta and order totals from Shopify, so we can work out commission.
• Sign-in records: when you signed in, your IP address and browser, to keep accounts safe and show a brand when teammates were last active.

Where it's kept

• Everything runs on Cloudflare (servers, databases, and video storage in Cloudflare R2).
• Each video is also copied to the brand's own Google Drive, in the folder the brand chose. The brand controls that copy. We can only see the files we save there and the folder the brand picked.

Who else sees it

• The brands you work with see your profile, videos, messages, sales and payout details for their brand only. Another brand never sees your work with a different brand.
• Brands browsing Discover creators see creators who leave "Let brands find me" on and have a profile photo: name, photo, country, city, age range, gender, niches, bio, Instagram and TikTok handles (you enter them knowing brands see them), up to 5 recent videos a brand approved, portfolio links, the media kit PDF if you upload one (only to signed-in brand teams), how many brands you work with, and your last 30 days as ranges (like "S$5k+ in sales"). Never exact earnings, contact or payout details, or which brands you work with. Turn it off any time in Profile and you're hidden straight away.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): when a brand pushes your video to its ad account, Meta receives the video and the ad text. We read ad statistics back.
• Shopify: when a brand connects its store we read products and orders (to count sales from your links and codes) and create draft orders for samples.
• Airwallex: when a brand pays creators through Airwallex, it receives the payee's name and payout details to make the transfer.
• Google: sign-in with Google, and the brand's Google Drive (above).
• Resend sends our emails (sign-in links, notifications) to your address.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for anyone's advertising other than the brand ads you made the video for.

Cookies

We use a few cookies to keep you signed in, remember which brand you're working in, and remember a referral link you followed. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. Sign-in records go after 30 days. Payout statements and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires, even after an account is closed.

Your choices

• Change your details any time in Profile, and choose which emails you get in Notifications.
• To get a copy of your data, or to have your account and data deleted, email customercare@doctorshabit.com from the address on your account. We reply within 30 days. Copies a brand already saved to its own Google Drive or Meta account are the brand's to delete; we'll tell them you asked.
