Terms of use

These terms cover using Creator Dividend, run by Doctor's Habit Pte. Ltd., Singapore ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Your account

• Give your real name and an email you can read. Keep your password to yourself.
• You're responsible for what's done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else got in.
• Brands are responsible for who they invite to their team and what those people do.

Creators

• Only upload videos you made and have the right to share, with permission from anyone who appears in them.
• When a brand approves your video, you let that brand use it in its ads and on its own channels, as agreed with that brand. The brand sets its commission rates and rules, shown to you in Creator Dividend.
• What you earn is commission for the sales your videos help make, not an investment or a return on an investment.
• You agree that each brand that pays you issues payout statements (self-billed invoices) for you, so you don't send invoices. You're responsible for your own taxes.

Brands

• Pay creators what your commission plan says, on time.
• Use creators' videos only as agreed, and follow Meta's, Shopify's and Google's own rules when you connect them.
• You're responsible for your ads, products and anything you say to creators.

Not allowed

Breaking the law, harassing anyone, uploading content that isn't yours, faking sales or sign-ups, or trying to get into accounts or data that aren't yours. We may suspend accounts that do this.

The service

We work hard to keep Creator Dividend running and your data safe, but it's provided as it is, and we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We aren't responsible for Meta, Shopify, Google, Airwallex or other services you connect. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes and closing your account

We may update these terms and will tell you by email or in the app when it matters. You can close your account any time by emailing customercare@doctorshabit.com.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
